This policy applies to SubBill, a subscription and bill manager. SubBill does not require you to create an account. Subscription names, amounts, billing cycles, categories, notes, URLs, and other records you enter are stored in the app database on your device. Please avoid entering sensitive information that you do not want stored or synced.
You can enable iCloud sync in Settings. When enabled, subscription records sync through Apple CloudKit to your private iCloud database and other devices. Apple handles this under your iCloud account settings and Apple’s privacy policy. The developer does not operate an account or database to store these records. You can turn sync off.
SubBill uses Apple’s App Store to process in-app purchases and RevenueCat (api.rc-backup.com) to check SubBill Pro purchase status and restore purchases. Apple and RevenueCat (api.rc-backup.com) process information needed to complete purchases and provide entitlement status, under their respective privacy policies. The app does not include advertising or app-usage analytics SDKs. Apple Privacy Policy; RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Expiry reminders are scheduled locally on your device using Apple’s notification features. If you export or import a JSON backup, the file may contain subscription records you entered; it is handled by the location and services you choose to save or share it with. When deleting the app, managing iCloud data, or removing backups, check the device, iCloud, and any file storage locations you chose.
SubBill is not designed specifically for children. If we learn that we have directly received a child’s personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to address it. We may update this policy and will update the date on this page.
